1. Where is my package?
After you place your order, it will take 2-3 business days to process. Once your order is processed, it will take 4-5 business days to deliver. You can use your track and trace code to check the status and location of your order.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code? Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace code. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.
3. How can I track my order? You can track your order using the track & trace number you received via email.
